Public reports

To make emissions trading as transparent as possible, a range of data is published on this website in the form of public reports.

On the European Union Transaction Log (EUTL) public website, the EUTL also displays data and information for each account in the Union Registry:

The data that has to be  made publicly available is specified in Annex XIV of the Registry Regulation (EU) 389/2013 and Annex III of Regulation (EU) 2019/1122, and in Decision 13 of the first Meeting of the Parties to the Kyoto Protocol (COP/MOP 1). The data to be published includes for example: a list of the accounts in the Registry, the status of these accounts, allocated and surrendered allowances, and non-confidential information on account holdings and transactions.
